- Dice the rolls into ½-inch pieces. Heat the butter or olive oil in a medium saute pan. Add the onions and spices, and cook until fragrant, about five minutes.
- Stir in the diced rolls and vegetable broth, tossing to coat it uniformly with the spices.
- Portion the stuffing into 4 oz. glass mason jars to freeze for later, or serve immediately.
