  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare 12 muffin cups with paper or silicone liners.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients with the date puree.
  4. Stir until thoroughly combined.  Divide the batter among the muffin cups.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the top springs back when lightly touched. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
