GAPS Pecan Mini Pies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c. ChocZero Maple Syrup
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 T. vanilla extract
  • 1 T. hemp milk
  • 1 T. ghee softened
  • 1/4 t. sea salt
  • 1 c. organic raw pecan pieces

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray two mini (4-inch) pie tins with cooking spray.
  3. Combine maple syrup, egg yolks, vanilla, hemp milk, ghee, and salt.
  4. Stir until smooth.
  5. Fold in pecan pieces.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared pie tins. Bake 25 minutes.
