The Sacred Self-Healing Method Online Certificate Program is a spiritual healing curriculum based on forgiveness. It uses my book Sacred Self-Healing Method as its text, and includes one-on-one support.
There are two parts to the Sacred Self-Healing Method Certificate Program:
Part One covers the basics of Sacred Self-Healing using forgiveness.
Part Two (optional) continues the journey for those who want to develop a Sacred Self-Healing practice.
This independent self-study program, based on the Sacred Self-Healing Method, allows you to apply your knowledge through practical exercises and ultimately earn a Certificate in the Sacred Self-Healing Method.

Part One: The Curriculum
Part One of the Sacred Self-Healing Certificate Program covers the principles of the Sacred Self-Healing Method and includes:
- Discover how to open Sacred Space, stay grounded and centered, and set and maintain healthy boundaries
- Learn tools for connecting with your physical, emotional, and mental bodies
- Study the archetypes and start a forgiveness practice
- Connect with your inner guidance, learn how to protect your medicine body, and work in a resonant field
- Cultivate your inner sight, work in Sacred Space, work with Sacred Self-Healing Teams, and clear negative energies from individuals and spaces
- Gain tools for self-regulation and addressing pain, and support for ideation and decision-making
- Explore sleep health and your dreams, core limiting beliefs, and how ritual works
- Learn about healthy communication, healer ethics, and how to support caregivers
- Discover Sacred DeathCare practices and how to offer soul care for the dying and their families
- Do guided meditations and experiential exercises to deepen the topics
- A total of three hours of check-in time with Betsy to support your learning and deepen your integration of the material.
Part Two: The Supervised Practicum
Part two of the Certificate Program is for those who wish to develop their own Sacred Self-Healing practice, and covers:
- Skills to lead meditations, Sacred Self-Healing, and counseling sessions for individuals and groups
- Techniques to triage issues in real-time
- Effectively maintaining healthy professional boundaries
- Facilitating rituals and rites of passage
- A supervised 3-month practicum in Sacred Self-Healing
- A total of three hours of check-in time with Betsy to support your learning and deepen your integration of the material
Cost
Part One of the Certificate Program is $250*
Part One includes the Sacred Self-Healing Method ebook or hardcopy, guided meditations, recorded demonstrations, the SSH quick-reference triage and chakra card, and a total of three hours of check-in time with Betsy to support your learning and deepen your integration of the material.
Part Two of the Certificate Program is $250
Part Two includes additional program materials and a supported 3-month practicum, with a total of 3 hours of check-in time with Betsy.
