Betsy is an Author, Blogger, A Course in Miracles Teacher, a trained and certified Safe and Sound Protocol provider, and creator of the Sacred Self-Healing Method. Betsy believes that we all can connect with the peace that is our birthright and heal our lack of connection through forgiveness and trauma healing.
Betsy holds a Master of Divinity degree in Spiritual Counseling, is a trained spiritual mentor, a full-time A Course In Miracles student, and holds certificates in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, and Sacred Deathcare. Betsy offers a year-long self-study Certificate Program in the Sacred Self-Healing Method based on forgiveness and provides one-on-one Spiritual Counseling and Coaching, Classes, and supported subscriptions for the Safe and Sound Protocol.
Betsy lives on the traditional lands of the Wahpekute people near Bdoté, the meeting of the Mississippi and Minnesota Rivers, in Mni Sota Makoče (known by colonizers as Minnesota, USA), and she is grateful to the Sovereign Nations upon whose lands she practices.
