Betsy provides one-on-one in-person and remote Sacred Self-Healing Sessions based on the Sacred Self-Healing Method, a proven novel co-creative healing modality detailed in her Books.
Betsy believes you can self-heal, so Sacred Self-Healing sessions are designed to equip you with the tools you need to tap into your inner wisdom and connect with peace, your birthright. If desired, Betsy will assign homework for you to complete between sessions so you can dive deeper into your issues and work on transforming them in your own time.
The Sacred Self-Healing Method works on the subtle body, using the unseen and the power of intention to rebalance your chakras and allow in the light of forgiveness. Betsy is highly intuitive and identifies the specific healing each client needs.

The Sacred Self-Healing Method, Betsy’s third book, is the companion to Betsy’s online Sacred Self-Healing Certificate Program, but you can also use the book alone as a self-study course in the Sacred Self-Healing Method.
Courses
Betsy offers experiential Courses so that you can learn the Sacred Self-Healing Method yourself. Classes include a check-in and time together in Sacred Space for healing work, which may include guided meditation, chakra balancing, creativity, breath practice, movement, ritual, sound healing, or EMF (tapping), as well as reflection and goal-setting.
Certificate Program
The Sacred Self-Healing Certificate Program is an independent self-study program in which you will learn the Sacred Self-Healing Method and apply your learning through practical skill exercises while earning a Certificate in Sacred Self-Healing.
Individual Sessions
During Sacred Self-Healing sessions, we will check in and discuss your current situation. Then you may either lie down or sit and relax while Betsy conducts the healing session on your behalf. After the session, Betsy will send you a follow-up email with details.
Betsy combines her years of Spiritual Mentoring experience with her training in spiritual counseling and energy work, bringing to each session tools from the Sacred Self-Healing Method.
Weekly sessions are suggested.
